We offer full parts and labor warranties as well as standard or extended warranties. Standard warranties provide coverage for 60 days and extended warranties cover your system for 1 to 5 years depending on your budget and desired level of coverage. For portable ultrasound systems, we offer depo repair warranties, which means the machine would be shipped to MedCorp’s warehouse for repair and service if or when it was needed.
Yes, 1 to 5 year warranties are available based on your needs and budget.
Yes, our training offerings consist of MedCorp sourcing a qualified sonographer and sending him or her to your office for one full day. The sonographer will train and support your staff and technicians as they set up the ultrasound machine purchased from MedCorp. Training includes configuring application presets and reviewing the system knobology and workflow. There is a $2,500 cost for applications training.
Yes, most systems house the manual as a PDF under the help menu icon.
Yes, MedCorp offers technical support for a variety of ultrasound questions. For support over the phone there is $150 per hour cost and for on-site tech support, the cost is $250 per hour. You can contact our office and speak with our service staff during normal business hours.
We offer 12 to 60 month financing plans with rates starting at 4%. Some of the financing plans provided by our partners include lease, lease with a buy out amount, deferred financing, no payments for 6 months and more depending on the financing partner chosen and your application results. The one page financing application must be completed in order to get approved. Your MedCorp sales rep can send you an application and help you through the financing process.
We provide loaners for portable ultrasound equipment if it was purchased from MedCorp and the warranty includes our loaner program. If the loaner program in not a part of your warranty, you may still rent a loaner on a per diem basis. Rates start at $500 per week. Contact your MedCorp sells rep to request a portable ultrasound loaner.

Yes, we ship portable ultrasound, cart based systems, ultrasound parts and probes worldwide.
Every refurbished system from MedCorp must be like-new and fully-functioning in order to pass our refurbishment standards and be put back on the market. Many of our used systems were demo and floor models that were very lightly used to begin with. You can expect to put any of our used systems next to a new one without being able to notice any difference between the two. Learn more about our rigorous in-house refurbishment process here.
"Point of care" refers to portable ultrasounds that can perform fast exams, usually for abdominal, musculoskeletal or anesthesia applications. Our most popular point of care ultrasounds are the GE Venue 40, GE Venue 50, GE Logiq E and GE VScan. These systems start up faster than others with a less than 20-25 second boot time.
