With the Terason uSmart 3300 ultrasound, the Terason brand of ultrasound machines introduced an entirely new hardware platform based on an entirely new design, ergonomics, and efficient use. The Terason uSmart 3300 brings together innovative Smart Technology with high-resolution imaging.

Moving away from the MacBook Pro, the usSmart 3300 ultrasound system features a compact and impact-resistant laptop “clamshell” design with a powerful Intel i7 processor and 8GB of RAM. Users can view images on the 15-inch polarized anti-glare LCD display and, with the 3300’s 1TB hard drive and processing power, the Terason uSmart 3300 performs similarly to a powerful laptop computer.

Terason was smart to move away from the once-popular MacBook Pro Design. This is a more durable solution that makes it more friendly to Point-of-Care applications and broadens its overall market. Terason has long been known as one of the better ultrasound machines for superficial imaging, and the new design takes Terason forward into this highly competitive market.

This is Terason’s Enhanced Needle Visualization Technology for needle-guided procedures.

OmniBeam is Terason’s compound imaging technology, using multiple lines of sight to improve contrast resolution and image quality.

TeraVision II is speckle reduction imaging technology software.

TeraScape is Terason’s panoramic imaging feature.

uSmart 3300 DDR provides higher resolution images throughout all depths. This automatically uses the highest available frequencies throughout the image to improve overall image resolution throughout the image.

Yes, the Terason uSmart 3300 can export clips and static images to USB or a network wirelessly.

Yes, the Terason uSmart 3300 has Triplex imaging for Spectral, Color, and 2D simultaneous imaging.

“Point of Care” ultrasound machine refers to using an ultrasound in situations such as atbedside or in situations where a cart-based ultrasound can’t be transported or used easily.

The uSmart 3300 has needle visualization software to improve on-screen visualization of needles, allowing for easier needle-guidance.
